Introduction

There is always a will come first before any move to talk, act, or response to the environment surrounding us. In short, the living condition is what we like to improve for better quality of life.

Well, I never actually seriuosly tought about it until I saw how Japanese responsible to their work. During my first job at FMS Audio (Ford-Mazda-Sanyo Audio Corporation). I have been work as production engineer that responsible to monitor line yield and debuggings PCBA defects, and you know production output and customer deliverly is always a top priority action, and I notice some Japanese college that really work hard to achieve "Zero Defect" which initially I thought is impossible, but when I look at their dedicaton on driving to nail down the problems, then I really salute them. Because the result is always achieve !

Anyway, what is the magic formula behind them, or why they are so dedicated ?

The answer is KAIZEN, or continuos improvements that bring to successful of action plan.
